Chocolate cookie:

Banana granola ("banola"):


blenderize:  3 very ripe bananas
                    1/3 cup coconut oil
                    1/2 cup maple syrup
                    2 tsp cinnamon
                    1/2 tsp salt
mix in with large bowl of dry ingredients:
                    3 cups oatmeal
                    1 cup raw buckwheat groats
                    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
                    2/3 cup pumpkin seeds or 1 cup broken walnuts

place on a rimmed  baking pan lined with parchment paper.
bake at 350 degrees until browned and dried out, flipping every 15-20 minutes.  total baking time 45-75 minutes.
